This Policy explains how AN26.ai, an Indiana limited liability company ("ML XI," "we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with the ML XI application for Android, the browser version of the app and the website at mlxi.app, and the ML XI Pro subscription (together, the "Service"). Your app settings (language, appearance, notification preferences), your favorite teams and competitions, and the forecasts you choose to follow and how they turned out are stored in your device's browser storage for our site. They are never transmitted to us; we have no copy and cannot restore them. You can remove them by clearing the app's (or your browser's) site data for mlxi.app.
Subscription information. ML XI Pro is sold through Google Play. Google processes your payment; we never see your card or bank details. To confirm that a device is entitled to Pro features we receive purchase tokens, product identifiers, entitlement status and renewal, expiry, cancellation and refund information. This identifies a purchase and a device, not you by name.
Connection logs. The app fetches fixtures, results, live scores, statistics and model output from our servers. Your device's IP address is necessarily part of each connection. As with most internet services, our infrastructure records technical details of those connections (IP address, time, request, app version). We do not combine them with anything else to identify you.
Images. Country flags load from flagcdn.com and, only if you switch on "real club crests" in Settings, club artwork loads from a sports-media CDN. Like any image on the web, the serving CDN sees the network request; the app attaches no identifier to it.
Correspondence. If you email us we receive your address and whatever you include, and we use it to respond and to keep a record of the exchange — including any request to close your access and any arbitration opt-out under the Terms of Use, which only work if the record of them survives.
Every statement here is a commitment we can be held to. We do not operate accounts — there is no login. We run no analytics, product measurement, crash reporting or diagnostics software. We carry no advertising and no advertising, attribution or marketing software. We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or browsing history. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Only to confirm your subscription and give your device Pro access; to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse (including scraping, trial abuse and attempts to bypass subscription controls); to respond to your messages and honor requests you make; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases are performance of a contract (subscription information) and legitimate interests (logs, correspondence, abuse prevention); you may object at any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It reaches other parties only as follows: Google Play sells the subscription and reports entitlement to us, handling payment under its own privacy policy; Google LLC hosts our servers (Firebase, United States) on our instructions under a written agreement; we disclose information where law, legal process or a competent authority requires, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and if the Service or the company is reorganized or acquired, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy. We share nothing with analytics providers, ad networks, data brokers or AI services, because we use none. Football data flows to us from our sports-data providers; none of your personal information flows to them.
We are based in the United States and our servers are in the United States. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your information is transferred outside your country; where we transfer it we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. You may ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
Subscription and entitlement information: while the entitlement is active and for seven years after, for tax and audit purposes. Connection logs: about 30 days, then deleted or stripped of anything that could identify a device. Correspondence: two years from the last message, or until a dispute it relates to is resolved. Requests to close access and arbitration opt-outs: for as long as they need to be honored.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your supervisory authority (EEA/UK) or attorney general (US states). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we honor access, deletion and correction requests without discriminating. Because we hold so little, the honest answer to most requests is that there is nothing to produce beyond what section 3 lists. To exercise any right, email support@mlxi.app; we verify by asking you to write from the address involved, and we answer within the time the applicable law sets.
The Service is for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this Policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will say so in the app before they take effect. We will never change it to permit tracking or data sale retroactively.
